Our rates do not include taxes. There is no tax on monthly rentals. Daily and weekly rates include electric. Monthly and Annual rates do not include electric.

All rates include: SATELLITE TV, water, sewer, use of facilities; Heated Swimming Pool, Spa, Exercise Equipment, On-Site Observatory, Wood Hobby Shop, barbeque grills, ramada, and scheduled entertainment. We also offer WiFi Wireless Internet by TengoInternet for an additional fee.

Rates are based on 2 people per vehicle. Checkout time is 11:00 am.

$3450 x One (1) Payment
$1250 x Three (3) Payments + $350 Security Deposit*

Park Home Rental Rates One Week	$300.00 or $350.00 + tax
Two Weeks	$525.00 or $600.00 + tax
Three Weeks	$750.00 or $875.00 + tax
One Month	$1040.00 or $1150.00

Higher rental rates include patio cover and carport.
All rental rates include electric and propane.
There is a no smoking/no pets policy in rental park models.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

RV SITES:
Cancellations require 45 day written notice to receive a refund and will be subject to a processing fee equal to 1 daily rate. Refunds will be issued by check.

Cancellations between 44 and 8 days will be entitled to a RAIN CHECK for a future stay, valid for 12 months from original reservation start date. Rain Check is non-transferable and based upon current rates for new reservation period and is subject to site availability.

7 days or less: No Refunds and no rain checks.

There will be no refunds for early departures.

PARK MODEL Rentals:
There is a NO REFUND POLICY, however, a RAIN CHECK for a future stay valid for 12 months from original reservation start date can be issued, and contingent upon availability. New reservation will be based upon current rates. Effective May 1st, 2008, Guests will be responsible for paying for their Electric and Propane usage.
