Butterfield is the exclusive dealer of Breckenridge Park Models for Southeast
Arizona. These luxurious and upgraded models are available at Butterfield
RV Resort. We are currently offering exceptional deals on previously
owned Park Models.
The units are 400 sq. ft. of elegantly appointed living space. Large
doublepane windows accent the living room, dining area and bedroom, integrating
a generous amount of light throughout. Deluxe, color coordinated mini
blinds and valances transform your living space into comfortable privacy.
The well lit kitchen is equipped with a 17 cubic foot frost-free refrigerator,
deluxe freestanding range, built-in microwave and hardwood-edged counters.
The attractively appointed bedroom is complete with a queen size bed, bedspread
and drapes. All Park Models are fully furnished, including a stereo

We offer Park Models above ground and also preinstalled at ground level, with
concrete patios and driveways. The patios are covered with aluminum
awnings. The units include air conditioning and propane heating.
Breckenridge Park Models assure the owner of the latest advanced technology,
traditional craftsmanship, durability and low maintenance features.
All models are in compliance with all Departments having jurisdiction.
Butterfield RV Resort's high perimeter wall and limited ingress and egress
assures comfort, privacy and security. Residents who are gone for long
periods of time can be assured that their Park Models are protected by our
on-site management team.
Also, we have Park Models for rent by the week or month. All
resort amenities are included in the rental, plus pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
