LOCATION
In-Town next to Safeway Shopping Center, Super Wal-Mart, Post Office, Hospital,
Restaurants, etc. .
SECURITY
Block wall on 4 sides of the Resort for security.
HEATED POOL AND THERAPEUTIC SPA
The swimming pool area is located adjacent to the club house and ramada areas,
surrounded by a security fence. The pool is 40 feet in length and heated year-round.
The spa is 8 feet in diameter and can comfortably seat 8 adults.
LIBRARY
The library has a wide range of books for your reading pleasure.
NEW BANQUET HALL
To better serve our valued guests, our new 2,400 sq. ft. building contains
a full kitchen, a stage and is fully furnished to accommodate banquets, meetings,
large parties and games. GREAT FOR RALLIES!!
CLUBHOUSE/KITCHEN
The kitchen, located in the club house, opens out onto the dining area, a
perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while you chat with your neighbors
and our friendly staff. Coffee is made fresh every morning for your convenience.
LAUNDRY
Our laundry room, located in the club house, consists of eight commercial
Maytag stacked washer/dryer units. Each unit consists of a full-size high-efficiency
washer and a full-size dryer. Our laundry room also has a large sink, large
Formica counter and ironing board. We pride ourselves with cleanliness of
our facilities!
EXERCISE ROOM
The Exercise Room is located in the club house. It consists of a universal
gym, a tread mill, two stationary bicycles and a massaging recliner. The north
wall sports a set of large mirrors.
AMATEUR RADIO (HAM) SHACK
All amateur licensed guests are welcome. Our Club call sign is KE7CQJ. We
have radios & antennas working on HF, VHF and UHF bands. Classes in radio
theory leading to an entry level amateur license will be scheduled.
WOOD AND HOBBY SHOP
The woodshop is equipped with a band saw, compound miter saw, table saw, drill
press and various hand tools. Guests can secure their projects while under
construction. Good working environment.
